醫(yī)學(xué)免費(fèi)論文:丹奧對(duì)非ST段抬高急性心肌梗死患者血液流變學(xué)及血漿內(nèi)皮素和一氧化氮的影響
【摘要】 目的 觀察奧扎格雷鈉(丹奧)對(duì)非ST段抬高心肌梗死(NSTEMI)患者血液流變學(xué)指標(biāo)、血漿內(nèi)皮素和一氧化氮的影響,探討其治療價(jià)值 。方法 81例非ST段抬高的急性心肌梗死患者隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和觀察組,對(duì)照組使用單硝酸異山梨酯、低分子肝素、辛伐他汀,觀察組在對(duì)照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上加用奧扎格雷鈉,觀察其臨床療效和血液流變學(xué)指標(biāo)及血漿內(nèi)皮素(endothelin, ET)和一氧化氮(nitrogen monoxidum, NO)的變化。結(jié)果 觀察組療效優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P<0.05)。治療后觀察組與對(duì)照組ET水平均較治療前明顯降低(P<0.05),NO水平均較治療前升高(P<0.05);且治療后觀察組ET、NO水平均較對(duì)照組改變明顯(P<0.05)。治療后觀察組各項(xiàng)血液流變學(xué)指標(biāo)均低于治療前(P<0.05);對(duì)照組僅全血比黏度高切、血小板黏附率、纖維蛋白原低于治療前(P<0.05);治療后觀察組各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)均低于對(duì)照組(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 奧扎格雷鈉能有效改善非ST段抬高急性心肌梗死患者的血液流變學(xué)指標(biāo)和ET、NO水平,在常規(guī)治療的基礎(chǔ)上加用奧扎格雷鈉能起到更好的治療效果。

ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of sodium ozagrel injection on hemorheology, endothelin (ET) and nitrogen monoxidum (NO) of patients with nonST segment elevation myocardial infarction (NSEMI). Methods A total of 81 NSEMI patients were divided randomly into two groups: control group and experimental group. Isosorbide mononitrate, low molecular heparin and simvastatin were administered in the control group while sodium ozagrel was added to the experimental group apart from the abovementioned drugs. The clinical effect of sodium ozagrel was observed. The changes in the indexes of hemorheology, ET and NO were analyzed. Results The clinical effect was significantly better in the experimental group than in the control group (P<0.05). The level of ET was obviously lower after treatment than that in the experimental group and the control group before treatment (P<0.05). The level of NO was obviously higher after treatment than that in the experimental group and the control group before treatment (P<0.05). The changes of ET and NO in the experimental group posttreatment were more significant than those in the control group aftertreatment (P<0.05). The level of hemorheology index after treatment was lower than that before treatment in the experimental group (P<0.05). Highshear rate of whole blood viscosity, platelet adherence rate, and fibrin as hemorheology indexes were lower aftertreatment than those pretherapy in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Sodium ozagrel injection could affect hemorheology,ET and NO of patients with nonST segment elevation myocardial infarction. Thefore, the therapeutic efficacy can be better if sodium ozagrel is added to the conventional therapy.
