手厥陰心包經(jīng)重點穴位:中沖(心包經(jīng)9)

穴義

中，中間；沖，沖動，涌出。
穴在中指端，心包經(jīng)之井穴，經(jīng)氣由此涌出，沿經(jīng)脈上行。

Meaning

Zhong, middle; chong, gushing.
The point is at the tip of the middle finger and is the Jing-Well point of Pericardium Meridian, where the Qi of meridian originates and gushes upward along the meridian.

定位

中指尖端中央。

Location

in the centre of the tip of the middle finger.

主治

① 清熱開竅，治高熱神昏，或中風(fēng)，中暑等；
② 癔病抽搐；
③ 手指麻痛。

Indication

1. high fever, unconsciousness, apoplexy and heat stroke.
2. convulsion of hysteria.
3. pain and numbness of fingers.

針法

直刺0.1寸或點刺出血

Method

perpendicularly 0.1 cun or peck to bleeding
